During the summer of 2002, Jaap-Orr Advertising Company was looking for a new market to expand into. That market was Forensic Animation. Based in Cincinnati, OH, Jaap-Orr set out to create a demo reel of Forensic Animation examples, and Poser was one of the primary tools to success.

More and more Poser is being used effectively in crime scene reconstruction to help demonstrate and prove theories to win cases. Seeing is believing. Animated reconstructions leave little to the imagination and paint a clear picture of the cases presented. The forensic animation used in the case below was said to have been the deciding factor for the jurors of this confusing trial.
